A couple of courses to improve your dressmaking skills - just a few spaces left!
We have two great courses starting in June, both running for 5 weeks, so come along for your very own 'sewing bee'.
On Thursday evenings make our great little daphne shift dress, a perfect addition to your summer wardrobe.
I love the way the side panels in the back and the hem band give it a lovely sculpted shape without any tricky sewing, check me out wearing mine on holiday in France last year, I'm now making another one for this summer, such an easy to wear dress, I also love wearing it over trousers - a funky little outfit.
On our Friday morning course you will make our perennial favourite the LW Cocoon Coat, I am now the proud owner of my second coat (thanks Jo) which we made in grey linen, it is a stunner, quite a casual vibe about it in the linen (yes linen creases but then that's what is quite nice about it), it's great for these cooler spring days when you need something to take the chill off, but nothing too heavy.
On this course you will learn lots of technical dressmaking skills including pockets and how to line a garment, so a fab improvers course to take your sewing skills to the next level.
