Let's have a Quickie
As always, it's only crochet that's on my mind.
I started this cowl last week & I really loved the way the crochet rib turned out
then it all went a bit pear shaped and this happened
There was nothing else for it, but to pull it all back, boo hoo. I then got quite disheartened and left it aside for a few days as it wasn't quite working out how I expected. I always do this, I have a 'back burner' thought process that slowly solves my crochet problems.
Last night I started again and with a few tweaks here and there, Ta Da !
I was really chuffed when Niamh said 'you know what, I would actually wear that' as if everything else I make is just not cool enough for the teenage girl about town. But hey, take the compliments where you can.
The other great thing is that you can literally make it in one evening as I used a huge hook,
The pattern is on the printer as we speak, as always free when you buy yarn from us. I used Andes in the Navy Blue - only 3 balls, we have a massive stock order coming in next week, over 20 colours in the Andes, totally yarntastic.
